Who We Are
CDREP
CDREP is one of the newest additions to The Compass Group family of companies. Focused on opportunistic real estate investments, CDREP’s strategy is to achieve above-market yields through their experience base, vertical integration, submarket knowledge and direct access to capital. CDREP has the experience and team required to successfully invest in a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transaction types ranging from value-add property repositioning to ground-up development. The partners have direct principal experience ranging from single-family home tract development to urban vertical mixed-use centers to developing warehousing and distribution facilities. Currently the company is seeking new real estate investments with a focus in Southern California.
DANBE PARTNERS
Founded in 2005, Danbe Partners, LLC is a dynamic real estate development and management advisor to public and private investment firms. From the underwriting, acquisition, and special servicing of large distressed debt portfolios on behalf of institutional private equity firms and banks to strategic planning and implementation of long-term investment strategies for high net worth individuals and family office clients, Danbe has developed an extensive track record of success.
COMPASS GROUP MANAGEMENT
“The Compass Group”, as we refer to it, is comprised of two separate, independent business entities that work closely together: Compass Group Management LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI). Compass Group Management LLC is the external manager of CODI. Compass Group Management LLC manages the day-to-day business and operations of Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI), a publicly traded holding company.
Since its founding in 1998, The Compass Group has focused exclusively on the middle market space. Its strategy and philosophy remains the same today as it was on the day of its founding — the Compass Group looks to acquire companies that it could own forever and that exhibit a clear “reason to exist”.
